Return Policy


November Rose Boutique offers STORE CREDIT ONLY for returns & exchanges 7 days from the purchase date with proof of purchase. For online orders 7 days of receiving package according to when the tracking number states the order was delivered. 

 Clothing

  • Must be in original condition with all original tags attached. both clothing brand tags and pink marigold tags
  • Must be unworn/unwashed
  • Free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant and cigarette smoke
  • Any sign of the wear or damage to the clothing will automatically make the items ineligible for return/exchange.

Items purchased as a gift are eligible to be exchanged or receive store credit within 21 days of purchase

Returning items will be at the expense of the customer. If an item is returned and does not meet our return criteria it will be shipped back to the customer. We will perform an exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time of the request!
